Hi Everyone! We have a lot of new arrivals this morning from Texas ❤️ We are excited to welcome these new animals to Colorado! They will be available to meet TODAY at the Glendale Petsmart at 4300 E. Alameda Ave. from 11 AM to 3 PM. 
We are looking for FOSTER-TO-ADOPT homes and a few FOSTERS!

We want to share a little more about Petunia, one of our favorite dogs who has been with us for way to long!

Petunia came to us last March after being found as a stray on the streets of San Antonio. She gave birth shortly after being rescued in December. All of her puppies have since been adopted, and this sweet girl has been overlooked time after time. She has been in boarding for most of her time here in Colorado, and she is SO deserving of a real home!

Petunia is about 3 years old and 35 pounds, she is the perfect size, whether to go on long walks or to snuggle up on the couch! Her adorable underbite and short coat comes from her Boston Terrier / Staffordshire Terrier mix.

Despite having a sad start to her new beginning in Colorado, Petunia is still the happiest pup we’ve met! She loves everyone and everything. She is EXTREMELY friendly and affectionate!! She is wonderful with all people and kids! Petunia does wonderful with other dogs, she loves to play with her friends at boarding. She thinks cats are very fun to chase, so she would prefer a home without kitties!

Petunia has a wonderful temperament and energy level. She loves to play and go on walks, and she would make a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys Colorado adventures as much as she does! But she also loves to snuggle up right on your lap and would make the perfect napping buddy as well!

Petunia is the type of dog who doesn’t ask for much, just someone who can love her like she will to them! Petunia is desperately needing a FOSTER or FOSTER-TO-ADOPT home. Please reach out if you are interested in meeting this perfect girl!

Petunia is completely vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $250.

Looking for the perfect pair? Fonz and Petunia are a perfect match for both each other and you!

This sweet BONDED PAIR is looking for their new home together! They are looking for a FOSTER or FOSTER-TO-ADOPT starting immediately. They were both rescued from San Antonio, Texas, and are ready for a fresh start!

Fonz is about 2 years old and 52 pounds. His beautiful short coat comes from his black lab mix. Fonz is a submissive and slightly shy boy, but he warms up and will become your best friend very quickly.

Petunia is about 3 years old and 38 pounds. Her adorable black short coat comes from her staffordshire terrier mix. Petunia is a fun-loving and active pup who loves everyone and everything!

Both Fonz and Petunia are extremely sweet and affectionate. They are wonderful with adults and older children! They would do well with other dogs pending an appropriate introduction. We are unsure how they are with cats at this time. They love hanging out with each other and are both playful pups who would benefit from all sorts of Colorado adventures, including walks, runs, and hikes!

They are both completely vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. Their combined adoption fee is $300.

FOSTER URGENTLY NEEDED FOR SUMMER AND HER 10 BABIES!!!
Summer came to Denver from Texas a week ago with her son, Blake, who is about 5 months old. They were brought in as strays after living in an abandoned apartment complex. Summer was checked out by the vet in San Antonio who had no idea she was pregnant. If we had known, we would not have had her make the trip. She did not appear to be pregnant upon arrival or during the past week while she has been in boarding, awaiting a foster and to be spayed. But to our surprise, yesterday evening Summer went into labor and gave birth to 10 puppies! She is a SUPER sweet and easy-going dog. We need to get them out of boarding ASAP and into a foster home in the Denver metro area! All supplies are provided! Please PM us if you can help, even just temporarily until we can find a long term foster!

SHORT TERM FOSTER URGENTLY NEEDED!

Mama Breeze and her four, 6.5 week old puppies urgently need a foster starting midday Saturday, June 5th! They only need a foster for 1.5 weeks until pups can go into foster to adopt homes.

This brave mother gave birth to her 4 pups in the chaotic environment of the high-kill city shelter in San Antonio. Red Fern pulled them in early May and they have spent the last month in a foster home in Texas but are now headed to Denver Colorado this Saturday.

All supplies are provided. Mama and puppies are all super sweet and they do not deserve to go to boarding. Please consider fostering. It’s only 1.5 weeks of pure content and satisfaction.

Meet Rocky! Rocky was hit by a car and abandoned near the Mexico border in early February. As a result, he has a spinal cord injury and walks with a special gait. He was fitted for leg braces and has been doing great with physical therapy. He loves meeting new people, everyone becomes his best friend! He is good with dogs, kids, and cats! Rocky gets around great on his own and continues to get stronger everyday! He is incontinent and wears a diaper while indoors. He only needs help going to the bathroom once a day and it is super easy and quick. Rocky is super sweet and easy going, he sleeps most of the day!
