All Breed Animal Rescue of the Carolinas

Welcome to All Breed Animal Rescue of the Carolinas where your new best friend is only A BARC away! We're a 501 c3 non-profit organization, of dedicated friends committed to saving & rehoming neglected, unwanted, stray or abused animals. Based in NC.

All adopters must be 21 or older. All applicants must submit an application for review, it can take up to 7-14 days to process an application once it is received. Once the preliminary application is approved a home visit is required to complete the adoption process. All adopters must enter into a legal and binding contract upon completion of the adoption.
