Hi my name is Wynken,

I am a Rottweiler/Hound mix, 55lbs, and around 3 years old.

I have been in a foster home and it’s going awesome! My foster mom says I’ve been a dream! She doesn’t understand why anyone would give me up. I don’t either!

I am fully crate trained and potty trained! Please allow me a little wiggle room in your home til I learn where I am suppose to go. My foster mom says I’ve done really well and I deserve a medal for how good I’ve been!

I enjoy walks, car rides, baths, napping, and playing. I LOVE to play with toys, especially squeaky balls and Kona Wabba. I get the zoomies too with my toys but I will totally stop if asked to. I know sit, wait, and come.

I am pretty affectionate. Meeting new people is fun for me! I would love to greet people with a hug. I have no problem keeping to myself if told to stay down.

I am highly food motivated and will sit and wait patiently for my food. My foster mom says she is struggling to find any issues with me. I guess if she had to give me an “issue”, it’s that I have to be on low ingredient food. Other stuff upsets my belly. My foster mom says she knows lots of dogs that need a special diet also so she doesn’t think anyone can really call my diet an “issue”.

At my foster home, I like to look out the window and dream about my forever home. I would prefer no kids under 13 though. I wonder when it will happen?

Poor Barrock’s person passed away. 😢 Barrock is hoping to find a new family to love. He can’t wait for a soft bed and a warm heart to cuddle up with. 💔

Barrock is a spirited 20lb Shih Tzu mix and estimated to be around 10 years old. He sure doesn’t act 10! He is pretty spunky and loves to play. His tail is constantly wagging. He enjoys going for walks and getting belly rubs.
