The mission of the Hamlin Dog Shelter is to resuce lost or stolen animals, find homes for dogs that were released or found and provide for community-wide leadership on matters that promote and improve the welfare of all animals through animal protection; care and rehabilitation; humane education; advocacy and engagement.
